New Submission

(1) Necessary items

• Single copy of the manuscript including figures and photographs.
• Single electronic file in PDF which must contain the main body, tables, figures and photos. This file will be input to the web-based review system. (All sections)
• Agreement Form for Copyright Transfer and Publication Charge Payment: Second page of the application form. An agreement form, signed by the author, is necessary. Submissions without the agreement form will not be accepted.

(2) Optional items

• A list of recommended reviewers, if any. Authors are encouraged to suggest several experts whom they consider particularly suited to review their paper. A list of their names, affiliations and e-mail addresses, provided with the application form, is particularly welcome when a manuscript treats a highly specialized subject. The editor is, of course, not constrained to select a «reviewer» from that list.
• Reference materials, if any.

[Note] The manuscript, including original figures, photos and the FD/MO/CD will not be returned after publication in the Journal.
