I. Introduction

Welcome to the APEX/JJAP Online Submission–Review System. Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts in electronic format so that they can be processed without postal delay and can therefore be published more quickly. In addition to enabling authors to submit their new papers, this system will enable them to access the referee’s report online and resubmit the reply and the revised manuscript. Thus, this system allows authors to check their review status at any time and from any location, provided they have access to the Internet. We hope that authors benefit from this system that promises easy submission and quick publication of papers.

II. File Formats

PDF is the only format acceptable in this submission system.

Notes on creating a PDF file: In order to avoid possible font errors, please embed all fonts used in the manuscript. The APEX/JJAP Online Submission–Review System does not accept any PDF files that include 2-byte characters (e.g., Japanese, Chinese, and Korean characters). Please click here for details on how to create a PDF file with all fonts embedded.
