Recommended browser versions to use the web services
for journal authors, reviewers and editors are as follows.

• Windows <Note: the web services does not support Windows XP>
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 SP2 - 5.x
  Netscape Communicator 4.06 - 6.x
  
• Macintosh
  Netscape Communicator 4.06 - 5.x
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
  Netscape Communicator 7.x or Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x are not supported.

IPAP has checked and confirmed the web services using the following browsers.

• Windows
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 (Win98 original)
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 (Win95OSR2)
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 (Win98SE)
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 (Win98)
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 5. x (Win2000)
  Netscape Comunicator 4.7(Win98SE)
  Netscape Comunicator 4.7(WinNT)
• Macintosh
  Netscape Communicator 4.7(Mac OS 9.x, not OS X)
• Linux
  Netscape Communicator 4.7(Vine Linux 2.1)
